Nothing in me wanted to do this run, but I have a half to run and a tri to do so there really wan't an option. Luckly about 10 seconds into the run I felt a TON better and was ready to do it. I took it slow and wanted to enjoy and take on 3 big hills which included MILE LONG and NICE Hill, what a TREAT! The hardest part is getting out the door...

Hey, just curious, what hill is Mile Long hill? And, btw, this is not slow running. You're kicking some running booty I'd say! Now, if only I could pencil you in for a run with me.
