    Wonderful bike ride this morning with my dad! We adjusted my seat a bit and it totally helped! Amazing how the slightest adjustment on your bike can make such a big differance.

    Trying to get out of my normal routes that I have taken for so long! I needed a longer run and the new route was great! Sometimes just reversing a route makes it more fun!

    Due to spring break and the kids being home, I didn't swim at all last week, which worried me a bit for today. I felt tired but I made it through!
