News from Physio not great. I have a grade 2 calf tear.
Looks like I am out of running for 6 weeks or when I can do 3 sets of 30 calf lifts. This morning I managed 1 set of 10 so I think I have a way to go.
Good news is that it is okay for me to swim (as long as I don't push off when I turn) and cycle so I will be able to keep fit plus do some core strength work.
Not looking good for the Sydney Harbour 10km in July but aiming for City2Surf in August and definitely the half in September.
