      Thanks! I ran the Pittsburgh Great Race 10k last weekend. No more races until November when I will run a 5k.

    My longest distance so far. I'm really happy with the pace, especially since I didn't feel like I was going to die afterward. Being able to do thirteen miles is looking good right about now.

    Not sure how accurate my watch was this morning since I didn't feel like I was running that fast of a pace. Maybe skipping the big hill and listening to music instead of a book helped!
