As I left the house, it was around 61, then as I got about a quarter mile in, the wind direction switched form the southwest to northerly and rain intensity picked up. Of course the temps started to drop. After yesterday's tempo run and soothing Foam Roller time last night, this was to be easy for me.

I think I might have gotten about a half mile with the wind but, if you don't train in it, you won't be prepared for it. Either way, run was done and no issues. Form felt good and now Friday can officially begin.
