    Wow.. Sweaty after half mile in. Must mean summer is over, right? Stayed steady thru run. And off to work!

    Already sweaty after ride, this was casual no watch no worry run. Just comfortable form. 'Twas hot so, a dip in the pool was next.

    A bit sore after Half Marathon yesterday so, got day going thru Commons. Ride was nice then, it was run time.

    Guess I'm ready for this weekends half marathon at the beach. Nothing special just a little sweat.

    Got a busy work schedule as well so will be interesting .

    No watch or worries. Easy form up dam neck Rd to the bridge and home. A lot on my mind and foggy 70s radio songs got in my head

    Had the wind at my side and got back in thirty minutes. 22 miles in my Ride, Run, & Ride for day. Off to ECSC, Basketball and more today. Always busy and interesting!

    Ran part of Rock an Roll course, passing Redwing Golf course then, past Pendelton and over the bridge to the loop and the boardwalk before circling back going down General Booth to Dam Neck.

    Rode the "Rocket" with Christine and Vanessa to General Booth. Locked up the bikes then, it was Run time!

    Mile warm up followed by 5.5 miles at tempo pace , 6:36. Was humid but, I got it done. Mile cool down worked, followed by the pool.
