    Got my warmup after dropping my son at Soccer sessions at 5am and then put down 8x .5mile with 2 minute breaks. 3:15 to 3:20, all consistent. Looks promising for this weekends races.

    Wore my heaviest training shoe for this: Mile warm up then two x .75 mile at MP with a minute between. Got simple mile cool down after. On to my Saturday.
