    Mile warm up followed by 5.5 miles at tempo pace , 6:36. Was humid but, I got it done. Mile cool down worked, followed by the pool.

    Rode to the PACC fields, then parked my bike. It was time to run.

    Decided to go a different way to go home. Two nice rides with a run in between. Surprised I hadn't done that more often.

    So I ran the field house -Sportsplex loop one and a half times to get my mile in. Also wanted to make sure no one took my bike!

    Then I got back on bike.

    With speedwork, there is a thin line between love/hate. Mile warm up, then 3.5miles in quarters, all 1:28 or lower. Mile and a quarter cool down.
