    Went behind the softball fields and onto the trail. Went to the end, then came back. Skechers Go Run Ultras worked just fine. Wednesday is mine!

    At HRSC Soccer field. got 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, 3/4 workout or, as some go by meters, the 6,8,10, 12,10,8,6 Ladder with 2 mins between. Less humidity meant I was not as taxed afterward. Good Stuff!
