    Knew it was warm/muggy when I started at 9am. I am used to 7 or 8 am so, I was smart and took it down a bit and enjoyed some shade when I could get it. Next up...The Pool!

    Had to get daughter to Camp drop off then, my day started early with DJ event, while wife and son headed to out of town soccer. Friday was on!

    Considering first mile was in the 8's, this turned out well. Form starting to return. Time for some speedwork soon and maybe a race or three. You never know...

    good Fathers Day Triathlon 8 mi 00:50 9.6mph pace

    Easy ride all around the neighborhood, stopping at the PAAC to get a run in then finish the distance riding back. Was a bit humid but, I jumped in the pool to finish it off. Happy Fathers Day!

    Lacrosse and fast pitch softball action was all over the complex so, I ran around the area to get a couple miles. Nice and easy after chasing down a dad running with his sons on their bikes.
