    Got a slow start then finished last mile strong after seeing neighbor hundred yards up. He was struggling and I was gaining. Been coaching him so made him chase last 1/3 of mile. He did well.

    A bit humid but, no complaining here. Each mile faster than the previous: Started at 9 and finished in the mid 7s, Monday is Zapped and I'm on my way!

    Just felt flat from the start but, got in the run. Hot and a bit humid. Had to jump in the pool after. Whew! That's Done!

    Just a good run- good form and arm swing.Ran to the Orange Dolphin on London Bridge and back. Run done. Pool time!
