    Ran around the Commons area and said "Hi" to almost everyone I saw. Body felt fine. Got on my bike for ride home as well. Wednesday belongs to me.

    Rode to the ABC store! No, not to restock- left my bike there while I went for a run in the Commons. goot on my bike after then, time to head home. Nice day for a ride.

    Slow progressive 5am run while my son was at soccer. A bit sore after double Thursday but, training going well. I got back in no time.
