alright Grasslands Trail Race 13.53 mi 03:32 15:41 pace

Night trails in my future. They scare the shit out of me, the unknown but the high you get once complete... WOW! My coach/friend wants me to do at least one 30K before #CM12. She said the experience of being on your feet for 5-6 hours is good training and if I can do that I can do Chicago marathon.

Great Performance:
We used to do an 'imaging' exercise. Uphill -- lean forward 5-10 degrees and pull yourself up using an imaginary rope and arms... On the downhill a little hip rotation to lengthen the stride... But yeah, hills are tough. But you're tougher.
