      same here! it's hard to accept slower splits in order to build endurance but it's so necessary!

      yes! a bit discouraging at first since my time slowed down by over a minute, but also motivating because I jogged 15 minutes without stopping (the first mile and a half of the 5K!). Never imagined I'd make that much progress this fast!
