      sometimes the first run after a race is like that. especially if you haven't spent time stretching well between the two. don't let this run discourage you! get back at it girl.....

      eh, it happens. For me, I think I'm the king of "letting a few days slide" :) Perseverance is the only cure.

    Had to cut it short to make it to class in time, but this felt great. I went an easy pace, so I felt like I could've gone further had I more time.
