      can't see how 3 or 4 miles would effect your marathon in three weeks, unless you have your mileage figured down to the inch. I'm thinking it only could help.

    Woo hoo!!! Seriously amazing run! Felt great! If it wasn't for the 9:40 first mile our overall pace would have been much faster. But I love a nice and easy warmup mile!!

    Water aerobics with Sam! I hit up the last 30 min of the class. It was ok but not something I could see myself doing a lot!

    Today's swim went much better then last week. It is tough work swimming when the water aerobics class is going.
