      I'm addicted to my handheld. Sometimes I use more water than other times, but it comes in handy when you need it.
      This morning the substance inside it tasted like some kind of fermented gatorade. I think it's time for a wash. lol.

      I only held them in my hand. Seemed pretty light-weight for the size of the sole. Didn't actually wear them. Running Lab has group runs on Saturday mornings. There are trails from the course that go to Brighton Rec....
