      Are you drinking lots BEFORE you work out? You could be getting sick. Listen to your body and take it easy for a bit. Enjoy the mini vacation!

      Solid miles before you started feeling sick, Jessica! I certainly can't say for sure, but it could be a pre-run fueling issue. I hope you get to the bottom of it soon!

      I used to run at lunchtime on some of those hills. There were some nasty ones. I like training on them, but wouldn't like to race on them.
