      Thanks. I love EVERY time I am on a mtn bike, even if I crash. :) It's just hard to see my fitness level so diminished after I worked so hard to be fit for so long. I am adjusting. My job is taking so many hours of my life that I am unable to commit to exercise as much lately as I have in the past. I don't like it AT ALL.
