      It looks like taking the time to get ourselves acclimatized and accustomed to hydrating correctly is the idea for May/June. We can't change it so we might as well conquer it! Great job at boot camp today!

    Overall a good run! Temps were a little warm, even with the sun down. I know the hills are good for training, but man they are brutal!

      Holy cow, any route that begins with "Mt." sounds miserable! Awesome job, and you're so right - hills are a crazy combo of so brutal yet so beneficial.

    This run felt great! Longest run since this time last year. I am loving this weather!

    This 5K felt the best of all that I have done! I did realize that I need a running watch in order for me to push myself harder. Looking forward to the 10k at the end of the month!
