Even though I have done these workouts before, they are still just as hard. Mostly they were hard because I was squatting deeper than I have before and doing pushups where I go all the way to the ground and back. At the other place, they didn't help me squat deeper and didn't care if I did a half ass pushup.

Warm up - 3 rounds
10 squats
10 situps
30 sec plank

Strength - deadlift - 3-3-3 - I did that at 85 pounds. Pretty sure that is a record for me and I finally understood how to do this form correctly. I totally could have done more weight.

Workout - for time

ring rows
200m row. Finished in 10:01. The others smoked me but I learned later the girls were not going all the way to the floor and back up for the pushup. That was where I lost the most time. But it's ok. That is the only way I will get better. Doing half ass pushups won't help me.
I'm really excited to see how these next 4 weeks will go. Everyone is super supportive and I feel like I am finally going to learn the proper technique and form so I can do it on my own.
