Really great environment and I instantly felt welcome. We talked and then did a brief but challenging workout.
2 rounds of 10 squats, 10 pushups, 10 situps and 10 ring rows (much harder than bodyweight rows with a fixed bar)
workout (as many reps as you can)
1 min pushups (15)
1 min situps (30)
1 min ring rows (16)
Tabata - 20 secs on, 10 secs off - air squats - 4 mins
I can't remember my numbers each round but I got at least 10 squats in most of the rounds except for 1 or 2 I got in 9.
I appreciated that they recognized I could not squat all the way down and showed me how to get there. instead of before the other place just let me do whatever.
I am signing up for their on-ramp class which will help me learn all of the forms correctly. It starts Monday and goes 3x a week for 4 weeks. I'm excited.
