I saw this workout and was immediately scared. It did not look fun at all but I skipped yesterday so no excuses today.

100 double-under (300 singles for me since I can't get that many DU's)

This last one was actually ok. Probably because I wasn't squatting as deep as I should have been but my piriformis was starting to feel a little tight after all of the jump roping so I was trying to take it easy.
I remember the row took me 4:55 and then probably 2-3 mins for the jump rope. No idea how long the burpees took me. One of the girls came over and counted me down from 14. so painful. Then I was able to do that last set unbroken which was nice.
Rough rough workout but I finished so twas a success!
