    I did this crazy workout a friend suggested where every minute n yhr treadmill you increase the angle all the way to 15 and back down... legal feel good!

      After running in five, I figured it was time to change it. :) Getting ready for another on July 4! Flat course in HB so hoping to get out there and set a good time (well, for me- ha!)

    Did exactly what I wanted to do... I'm training hard for the July 4th race so I took this one slow. That and whoever designs races that start AND end on hills needs to be shot!
