    Ankle was sore and I obviously did not eat enough last night as I was so hungry. Must read more about non-meat protein sources.

    I turned my ankle on a speed bump type thing in the road around mile 4. Boo. Intervals weren't awful despite Lenten fasting.

    First time on the bike path in 2012. It was chilly but beautiful for wintertime.

    my hip flexor was really sore at the end. maybe its from the large amount of uphill (about 4 miles of consistent uphill)....i'm hoping to feel much stronger on monday.

    2 miles there, 2 miles back, and 3 hard mile repeats. I HATE mile repeats, but I know they are good for me.

      It was very interesting. They come around and help to move you into the correct positions. My thighs were totally burning 10 minutes into class. There isn't a lot of arm workout though. the first class is free there, so check it out!
