    plank city after my 2 miles on the treadmill!

    alright some running! 2 mi 00:33 16:30 pace

    felt ok....did the first mile in 15:45 which was pretty good seeing as i was doing 10 sec runs and 50 sec walks. hip felt a little bogus so i walked a lot of the second mile. pretty good time though!

    walked for 5 WHOLE MINUTES and then started my intervals. can't get over that i'm in the 16's with so much walking :)

      was this the first time you had gu? i wonder if the stomach reaction was because of the gu or some sort of residual effect from your awful virus. either way great job hanging in there! try cliff shots or honey stingers for some more natural options

      8 miles is great since you were sick last week and didn't get to run. Those viruses can take a while to kick.

      thats a lot of positive, plus..you did NOT fall of the TM (I have done that once, humiliating) and you did not throw up....not done that YET. You are doing great. I'm seriously thinking about making you all some crazy sign for the Princess....and standing in some wierd spot and scaring the snot out of you both.

      Looking very good. Doing what you can is much better than simply stopping. If you go beyond what you should you could get injured and not be able to complete Princess.. You did great!
