    Coach called for 10x50. I lost count. Need to work on that. I definitely did alot more than 10x50 because I was determined to get it right.

  14. Haven't really logged any workouts since the marathon. Today starts official triathlon training. I have a coach and I am equal parts terrified and excited!

    Really tough workout. Upped the resistance and tried up the intensity. Sweaty mess
