    Went at a nice comfortable pace and didn't take any walk breaks. I was keeping my eye on my heart rate the entire time so I could make sure I wasn't pushing myself too hard!

    I was supposed to get my long run done a few days ago, but was too sore from kickboxing. I'm glad I listened to my body and waited till now for my long run. Legs are so dead.....
