    Had a GREAT HIIT workout this morning. Felt so good to finally get a good sweat in, especially since I'll be traveling for work this week.

    First real run after Broad Street last week...not my best...amazing how you can run 10 miles one week and then can barely make it through three the next week. I'll get my stamina back :)

    Yay!!!! I completed my second-ever Broad Street Run. This race was TOUGH this year, but I knocked four minutes off my time from last year, so that's awesome.

    Fastest run ever! My first mile was a 9:04 which is literally unheard of for me. I don't know what got me moving, but I'm more excited than ever for the Broad Street Run on Sunday!
