    Farthest I've ever run on a treadmill! Managed to get through the first 2-mile doldrums and found my groove. Aimed for 5 miles or 45 minutes, whichever came first. They came around the same time. :)

  5. Signed myself up for the SF Half Marathon in July!! After a year hiatus (while I focused on my triathlon training), I'm excited for this, my third-time's-a-charm race! ;-)

    Great! Had a stomach cramp right out the gate for about .5 mile, but kept on churning and burning. Was digging my new Nike gear - running tights and dry-fit shirt. Helped keep me warm against misty, windy fog and cool when the wind was to my back! <3

    Marc's class was uber crowded (as usual) but it was a great, hot and sweaty class. I felt strong!!
