    I got a cactus spike in my ankle at the beginning of mile 4! Ouch! It was a gorgeous morning, I love the view from Big Hill.

    A nice relaxing run up Big Hill. I pushed it over the weekend so I was feeling a bit sluggish on this run. Still great time though. I threw in some hill work.

    HOT RUN!!! The first 6 or 7 were great, the last two were brutal! By the time I was finishing the temp was close to 90 degrees!
