    Did a fun zumba toning DVD. I used the zumba sticks that acted as weights and maracas! Fun! I have so missed doing Zumba!

    It was COLD! But it felt good! Didn't really feel like going, but my hubby said I'd feel better afterwards and he was right! :D

    My 1st official "long run" of my 10k training plan! Thankful I had Matt with me. It went pretty well but I certainly felt that I barely exercised this week!

    Ran mostly in the dark. Fun time change...not. So glad Matt came home and was like "aren't you going to go run?". He's a good guy. Excited to be starting my plan!

    Great clinic! I was so nervous to go but glad I did it! Lots of time in the pool and I didn't do too bad considering I haven't swam since my triathlon in 2010!

      Great job! Sometimes the hardest part is getting up the mental courage to literally dive right in. But once we do it really makes a splash!

    Great bootcamp! 3rd of 10 and I am already feeling stronger :D My new heart rate monitor gave me some good data and I burned a lot of calories! Woo!

    Such a fun race! My outfit was crazy and the medal was a pacman ghost! I haven't ran in 3 weeks but managed a sub 14 min mile average! Yay!

    Did not have it in me to do 11 miles, especially since my IT band has been causing me problems, so I did 5 instead. Better than zero, so I will take it.
