    Nice, easy run instead of speed work cause I am running Saturday and have a race Sunday. Followed up with arms and abs.

    Did a 2 minute warm-up, then 4-1's at between 4.4 and 4.6, then ramped it up to 5.0 for the last 4 minutes and then did a cool down for 2 minutes. Felt good.

    Did a 5 minute warm-up walk and then running/walking intermittently from a 4.0 to a 5.0, no rhyme or reason, just went by feel. Woo! :D My legs were a bit tight, but other than that it was a good run.
