    Struggling with back and sternum inflammation so I had to stop running. I felt horrible not working out so now I am going to try speed walking :)

      The soreness from shoveling is to be expected and is probably just muscles that got worked out. My question to you would be, do you feel like the back pain today is a continuation of that mucscle soreness or a "new" pain from the fall? If the former, I'd still run. If the latter, I might take an extra day to evaluate if I've pulled something or caused other injury from the fall.

      I was sore yesterday with a little bit of back pain, but today when it is a continuous pain that feels like a sharp pain when I bend over. I don't want to baby it if running will not make it worse but I also don't want to make it worse.

    This week has not been a good running week. Not sure if it is the fact that I took last week off or because I ran out of vitamins. Either way I am hoping for a better week next week.

      I am usually wore out at the end of the 3.2 but now that I have been alternating treadmill with running outside I think my endurance is finally building :)
