15 min elliptical-like machine plus sumo squats, one-legged squat to bench, dumbbell chest press, cable upright row, and cable twist. Even baby Chapman joined in on the fun, fluttering around. I guess our little athlete enjoyed the extra blood flow. ;o)
And in other news...I am up to my heaviest ever, and past the mark I never imagined. 132.
