    was pretty good, had a week off running as the boyfriend was off work but now getting back to it. But on my last km, my hip started hurting-hope its not my IT band again!

    Was a pretty hot morning. Saw about 10 goanas basking in the sun, definitely not used to them yet-being from BC and all...Good run tho, got a lil tired near the end but pushed through!
