per my pt: 5 min warm up at 2.5, 3 min at 5.0, 1 min walk at 2.5, 3 min at 5.0, 1 min walk at 2.5, 3 min at 5.0, cool down for 5 min at 2.5 (21 min total) sore ankle afterward, no shin pain
