    per my pt: 5 min warm up at 2.5, 3 min at 5.0, 1 min walk at 2.5, 3 min at 5.0, 1 min walk at 2.5, 3 min at 5.0, cool down for 5 min at 2.5 (21 min total) sore ankle afterward, no shin pain

    This was after the 2.5 on the treadmill, first two miles were in 10 minutes, the last was as hard as I could go, and my legs were burning after - 3:15. Good workout before work.
