Insane Leg Workout via SIL

For my Strength Training Day of Cross Training, SIL prescribed:
5 Rounds of
- 200 m Sprint ( I ran at Treadmill speed 6.7)
- 15 Goblet Squats (my 20 lb KB)
- 20 Lunges
For a Total of 1000 m, 75 Goblet Squats and 100 Lunges.
I almost died on the last set of Lunges, but I did them. And I know making my legs stronger will make me a stronger runner, so I'm doing it LOL But I may hate myself on that Tempo Run tomorrow!


Great workout Jessica, but yay that tempo will not be the best follow up workout!
