good At Home Kettlebells and Such 00:15:00

Made this workout up myself! Went nonstop through all of it
15-12-9-6-3 of Kettlebell Swings (20 lb), Goblet Squats (20 lb) and Chick Pushups.
Total of : 45 KB Swings, 45 Goblet Squats, 45 Pups
50 Full Sit-ups, no rest
50 Russian Twist with 8 lb Medicine Ball.
It's definitely time to get a heavier KB weight, but I can't afford it right now!

    Thanks y'all!!! Connie, you know... The SUCH lol Jocelyn my comrade, how heavy is the kb you're using? My SIL told me I can do power swings to begin with if 30 is too much to swing overhead. Joy I miss you too !!!! We need to catch up!!
