First run since the NOLA half.... Been giving my ankle a break since potholepalooza seriously angered it. It felt great until the last quarter of a mile, and then it only felt slightly tight. Think some good stretching of the surrounding muscles may help. Surprisingly my quads felt good after yesterdays kettlebell workout! All in all, a good run.
