I'd forgotten how much I like the elliptical. It felt good. I think I'm going to like this gym. Did 30 min on the elliptical and 20 min of strength training.

Get Better:
Hang in there, Jessica. There are exercises you can do to strenghen you calf that will help prevent the shin splints. They also help ease the pain of shin splints too. Check out the link:
