    After missing 2 weeks being sick and busy at work I was able to jump back into bootcamp. The workout was rough, but I loved it.

    Good stretch with friends in preparation for the Shamrock Shuffle next weekend. Ran in some new spring gear I picked up from fleet feet. Hot pink windbreaker anyone? :)

    I have no idea how long it tool us to finish but it was rough. Ive been training inside so this was my first outdoor run in awhile. I was coughing all day. But I have to get ready for the shuffle!
