    First time on the new trainer. It was tough! It was good though because I got to bike and watch How I Met Your Mother and half of House while getting a great workout. I'm gonna like this trainer.

    Ugh. I started to feel knee pain about 2 miles into the race and by the time I got to 3 miles, I had to start walking because it was hurting too much. Very frustrating.
