    Its hard to feel great when your running through a swimming pool. So humid this morning. 4 miles felt nice with 2x 30 sec @ 1mile felt nice. A little fast but will take time getting back into pace.

    PW1 did great I only had one that the heat got to but with a tough hill I was surprised it was only one. Did a quick out and back mile before to get myself loosened up before.

    This was a tough work out. A. It was freaking HOT and then it was freaking HOT. Was tough to finish the run but ended going up hill.

    Was feeling okay and feeling pretty strong until I hit the last hill. I just need to train harder to get where I know I can be. Sub 20 here I come. 20:57 for chip time here.

    Good ride with my friend, look both bikes so he could test it out and learn a little. So we took it nice and easy.

    Nice run on riverside, needed to get some miles in since I have been slacking a bit. But needed some after an easy ride with a friend.
