    Ran a shorter than required run for Vegas training. Hurt my back earlier in the week so 13.66 was all I could muster

    Followed up the run with Yoga at GoodLife - Toronto Women's Centre. The instructor, Victoria is a pleasure! She is provides ample alternatives and giggles - making the class fun.

    Amazing training run though Toronto.... First run with a fall jacket! Passed by the "Occupy Toronto" protesters. They were a feeble bunch.. More press then people. Felt strong and great.

    First time back to BodyPump since pre-marathon. Decided to follow it up with a yoga class afterwards. Felt great to really get a good stretch in!

    First run post-marathon! A short 6K around the CNE with Dar. Very happy to report that legs felt great - pain and injury free. Great to be back!

    Almost made-up remaining mileage from a split LSD this week. Ran and had to change route due to the heat. Went to Yoga after to stretch. Feeling pretty amazing!
