This is the first time I have ever ran this far!!!! Yeah, me! It amazes me what you see traveling by foot. Oh and the road that I always thought had a little hill is actually a 1 1/2 mile mountain.

Was supposed to do an 11 mile run today but it was raining :( so...was thinking about 11 miles on the treadmill.....ummmmmmm, no......so 3 mile treadmill run = 11 miles tomorrow outside I hope.

I don't suffer from allergies as of yet, but from what I've been hearing everyone else say that it is one of the worst years for allergy season. Way to get a 5K in though!
