blah outside 2.25 mi 00:24 10:39 pace
I felt like crap after this run, and not just because of the pace. Felt lightheaded and nauseous. I only had half a banana and some water before running, I don't know if that played a role...

good Gym Recumbent Bike 5 mi 00:30 10.0mph pace

This sounds like a great plan. Cross training is a very smart move, and if you had some pain then absolutely brilliant! You could look into a triathlon or an obstacle course run if you need a goal. Otherwise, looking forward to reading your progress!

good TM run 4 mi 00:37 09:13 pace
TM progression run of sorts...Started at 6mph and upped the pace by 1/10 every song until I hit 7.0, which worked out quite perfectly with running 4 miles. :)

Jess sorry to hear your back is hurting. Have you tried heating than iceing it? Hope you feel better soon.

Just heating. I did a little bit of ice on tuesday, but not much. Bengay was doing nothing (it helped tuesday, but hasn't helped since then). heating pad felt good when I was laying on it, but didn't help otherwise. I picked up one of those thermacare wraps and that actually seems to be helping the most but we'll see if it makes a difference once I take it off!

Have you seen a chiropractor or doctor?
7 months ago • Like
Get it checked out by a sports massage place maybe, or a chiropractor like the others said. Good luck though

Yeah, the way my insurance works, I need to got my PCM first and then get referred out, so the whole process will likely take forever...But I go on Tuesday to my PCM, so we'll see! Right now it just hurts if I am sitting and then get up to stand (it hurts to stand up straight for a little bit), to bend down if I'm standing, or turn if I 'm sitting. Who knows!
