Get it checked out by a sports massage place maybe, or a chiropractor like the others said. Good luck though

Yeah, the way my insurance works, I need to got my PCM first and then get referred out, so the whole process will likely take forever...But I go on Tuesday to my PCM, so we'll see! Right now it just hurts if I am sitting and then get up to stand (it hurts to stand up straight for a little bit), to bend down if I'm standing, or turn if I 'm sitting. Who knows!

Well hey, at least it was under 20 minutes. The truly sad thing is, I was pretty much spent after only 2 miles. Man, I MISS being able to run 4-5 miles at this pace...or 2 miles in 18:00 at the MOS... read more

Yes, and you also have to take into consideration that you haven't been running that long, so you're still building up your base. Good job! It was a beautiful day today.

I felt like crap after this run, and not just because of the pace. Felt lightheaded and nauseous. I only had half a banana and some water before running, I don't know if that played a role...

This sounds like a great plan. Cross training is a very smart move, and if you had some pain then absolutely brilliant! You could look into a triathlon or an obstacle course run if you need a goal. Otherwise, looking forward to reading your progress!

Just heating. I did a little bit of ice on tuesday, but not much. Bengay was doing nothing (it helped tuesday, but hasn't helped since then). heating pad felt good when I was laying on it, but didn't help otherwise. I picked up one of those thermacare wraps and that actually seems to be helping the most but we'll see if it makes a difference once I take it off!
