good Minuteman Path 18 mi 02:30 08:20 pace
Windy run on the path with lots of other marathon training company out there. Somehow dropped to 7:40 min miles from mile 13-15....then cruised it slow for the last 3mi. All in all felt pretty good... read more

alright Charles River Mass Ave Loop 8.5 mi 01:12 08:28 pace
This run started out great....stopped at a mass ave crosswalk just long enough for my nagging knee pain to start throbbing for the whole second half of my loop....pushed through it but not so fun.
