    Today was a push but I think it's because I did not eat very well yesterday. I made it though and feel good that I completed. Some days humble the runner.

    It was rainy, but an amazing run! I needed it after the week I had. Felt great and was a reminder as to how strong of a runner I can be when I stay focused.

    Took a nice jog with Kira along the river. She pushes me which is great. It was the perfect morning to run.
