Night Race Vancouver! This was my first race at night and it took some time to feel comfortable running with limited light. We were all given head lamps in our race packs, and that helped. I loved ... read more

To keep going after being spit on. You are an inspiration. I probably would have run directly home and showered and my skin would crawl for weeks.

  8. RUN
great To False Creek and back 2.5 mi 00:28 11:04 pace

I was trying to push my pace a bit so I ended up taking a couple of walking breaks. It is perfect running temperature right now!

  9. RUN
good China Creek North Loop 2.5 mi 00:28 11:20 pace

Had to run before eating which I hate. Was so slow. Had to walk. Starving now!!! Also need coffee. Hungry = cavewoman speak.

Accepted! That's what I do, too, but it still tells me there are no new workouts. I am wondering if I logged into Nike+ wrong on DM, but I don't see a way to log out and log in again and it says I'm logged in until Sept 20. I have a sneaking feeling I logged into an old Nike+ account by mistake.

  12. RUN
good China Creek North Loop 1.9 km 00:14:11 12:00 pace

Right knee started to get sore so I only made it halfway through my run, but I'm fine with that!

  13. RUN
good Out and back on Broadway 5.56 km 00:42 12:01 pace

Early morning run. I also hope to get a couple miles in after work.

  17. RUN
good China Creek North Park 2.1 mi 00:22 10:34 pace

  20. RUN
great Cina Creek North Loop 1.59 mi 00:18 11:21 pace

Started off nice and slow and picked up the pace at the end. There were two ball games going on so I had to be mindful of stray balls! Not too hot tonight which was a nice change.
