Had run and walk on this one today....couldn't tell if I had a "side-stitch" or my belly hurt from being prego. Sometimes it feels okay to run--other times, its a no go. Cooper was happy to join me either way!

    I noticed side stitched when I'd try to run later in my pregnancy. walking is so good for you! you really are doing so great with maintaining your fitness while preggers my friend!! xo
