At 29 weeks pregnant, this is getting harder! :) Hope I'm still giving my class an intense workout even though I have scale back! Lots of full body strength training mixed with heart pumping cardio--whew!

    Well done and congrats on your pregnancy. You can always do the "dont do as I do , do as I say" line. Good practice for when you have kids.... :-)
