Nice! I actually felt pretty good. I did a mile warm up, 5 mile run, mile cool down with a few water breaks in between. Felt good to be sweaty!

Heather, I tried to wake up at 5:30 today to run, but I couldn't make it out of bed. I will be feeling it I'm sure. Plus, I'm afraid of the boogy man that early.
