    Besides sweating this was a pretty nice walk. 4 miles round trip and a mile on the treadmill this morning.

    Good getting some miles in this week. I was just about to get on the TM today and I stubbed my toe on the elliptical and I think I broke it!

      I am right there with you Jessica. I gave up my October marathon as well. Just have to get healthy and I can't do that if I'm pushing to train for something. I feel your pain.

    Felt really, really good. Nice run, great group. I was a little worried after last week's craptastic long run. This gave me a bit of a confidence boost.

    Nice! I actually felt pretty good. I did a mile warm up, 5 mile run, mile cool down with a few water breaks in between. Felt good to be sweaty!
