    A nice run with Zac M. Only stopped once to hydrate for a minute or so then back to the run. Getting there , very slowly but getting there.

      Pete - no need to hydrate on a 4 mile run if you hydrate properly during the week and day. I don't want to see anymore stopping for water on anything less than 6 miles. LOL PS: why not carry something?

      Haha, I do, i have a fuel belt. Zac still has not figured out how to run and drink. For some reason when I run I am always spitting, my mouth get very watery. So yea I seem to drink k plenty when I run. Going for 6 today after work.

      Pete - if you stick with it, the speed and endurance come back. Remember time exists so you don't have to do everything in one day.
