I do a lot of Kettlebells and Bowflex a few times a week. I go at it for half to whole hour. I vary up the routine and by the end I dont remember what I did hehe

Lol I really need to start tying my shoes laces tighter. I stopped like 3 times today and annoying stoplights! Regardless, it was a great cool temp. run, please don't get hotter!
