      lol this is my typical workout. If it's done 3 x a week it's pretty effective. Gives me definition and I'm always sweating profusely

      I do a lot of Kettlebells and Bowflex a few times a week. I go at it for half to whole hour. I vary up the routine and by the end I dont remember what I did hehe
